Fee and payment

Participation fee 
The participation fee is 60 Euro that includes the conference materials, evening reception on the first evening, lunches and coffee breaks for the two days of the conference.

For those who want to participate without paper submission, the participation fee is the same (If you would like to join the conference only for one day, please contact us as soon as possible). There will be a possibility for a limited number of locals, students, etc. who would like to come only for some sessions to participate without payment (without conference materials and participation in lunch and reception).

Please, if you would like to participate in any way, fill in the registration form for participants (without presentation) by 13 May. Because of the special, dialogical character of the event, we can accept only a limited number of non-presenter participants. 

If you participate as a full delegate without presentation, you have to pay the conference fee as soon as possible (at the same time of your registration), otherwise we cannot order the food and conference materials for you.

Please note that all additional banking costs (e.g. transfer fee) over the registration fee must be covered by the participant. (We cannot accept your registration, if the amount that appears on our bank account is less than the indicated above)

Please, do not forget to indicate your full name and RethinkingConference in the notes section (if you or your institution don’t write your full name, it is very difficult to identify you).



Receipts will be issued on the first day of the conference at the registration desk.

If you need a pro-forma invoice for your institution before payment please contact us as soon as possible.
